Trueline is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their team in Long Island, NY. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality HVAC installations and maintenance.

What You'll Do as the HVAC Project Manager/Supervisor:

  • Spearhead HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution and meet deadlines
  • Analyze technical documents and blueprints to guide installation and maintenance processes
  • Perform regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety compliance
  • Develop accurate project estimates and manage budgets effectively
  • Leverage industry-standard software for efficient project management and documentation
  • Guide and develop junior team members in HVAC best practices
  • Ensure all work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards

Must-Haves as the HVAC Supervisor:

  • Proven experience in HVAC project coordination and team leadership
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Proficiency in construction estimating and budget management
  • Familiarity with construction contract processes and site operations
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments

Nice-To-Haves as the HVAC Supervisor:

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D for design applications
  • Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, or Prolog software
  • Background in construction safety protocols and compliance
