Trueline is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to join their team in overseeing complex installations and upgrades. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do as the Plumbing Project Manager:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning with client needs and internal resources
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns promptly
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and technical staff
  • Manage project financials, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure all work meets industry regulations and client expectations
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
  • Oversee procurement and logistics for project materials and equipment
  • Adapt project timelines and resources as needed to meet deadlines
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation and reporting
  • Uphold and enforce stringent safety protocols across all project activities


Must Haves as the Plumbing Project Manager:

  • 3 years of experience as a PM or 5 years of experience as a APM in a plumbing or mechanical field
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience with project financials

Nice to Haves as the Plumbing Project Manager:

  • Experience as a Plumbing and Mechanical PM in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical fields
  • Experience with Bluebeam or Procore
  • Formal Education or certification
